With intense time pressures, changes to the foundation design, and significant shortage of specialized materials (Durisol ICF) Mike was never rattled and delivered us a well built foundation in time for the day of our timber frame raising. The most incredible part to me is when Mike presented me the final bill for the foundation and it was on budget! Honestly, without Mike we would have delayed our project for another year.
